By accessing or using our website or services, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to the practices described in this Policy.

1. Information We Collect

Information You Provide Directly

We collect personal information that you voluntarily provide when you interact with us, including but not limited to: name, email address, phone number, mailing address, company name and title, billing and payment information, responses to surveys or questionnaires, content of communications you send to us, and any other information you choose to provide when registering for an account, enrolling in a course or program, signing up for a webinar or event, subscribing to our email list, opting in to receive marketing communications, contacting us for support, or submitting forms on our website.

Information Collected Automatically

When you visit our website, we automatically collect certain technical and usage information, including: IP address, browser type and version, operating system, device identifiers, referring URLs, pages viewed, links clicked, time spent on pages, access times and dates, and other browsing behavior. We collect this information through cookies, pixels, web beacons, server logs, and similar technologies.

Information from Third Parties

We may receive information about you from third-party sources such as social media platforms, advertising partners, analytics providers, payment processors, and publicly available sources. We may combine this information with other information we collect about you.

2. How We Use Your Information

We use the information we collect for any lawful business purpose, including but not limited to: providing and improving our services; processing transactions and sending related information; sending marketing and promotional communications via email, SMS/text message, phone, or other channels (where you have opted in); personalizing your experience; analyzing usage patterns and trends; conducting research and development; protecting against fraud and unauthorized activity; enforcing our Terms of Service; complying with legal obligations; and any other purpose disclosed at the time of collection or with your consent.

3. Marketing Communications

When you opt in to our ecosystem by providing your email address, phone number, or other contact information through our website, landing pages, forms, events, or any other channel, you expressly consent to receive marketing and promotional communications from the Company. These communications may include but are not limited to: promotional emails about courses, programs, and services; SMS/text messages with offers, updates, and reminders; phone calls regarding our offerings; retargeting advertisements across digital platforms; and newsletters and educational content.

You may opt out of marketing communications at any time by: clicking the "unsubscribe" link in any marketing email; replying STOP to any SMS/text message; or contacting us at info@connectionselling.io. Please allow up to ten (10) business days for email opt-out requests to take effect and up to thirty (30) days for other channels. Opting out of marketing communications does not affect our ability to send you transactional or service-related communications, such as purchase confirmations, account notifications, and responses to your inquiries.

4. How We Share Your Information

We may share your personal information with: service providers and vendors who perform services on our behalf (payment processors, email platforms, CRM providers, hosting services, analytics providers); advertising and marketing partners for targeted advertising purposes; professional advisors such as attorneys, accountants, and consultants; law enforcement, government authorities, or other parties when required by law, legal process, or governmental request, or when we believe in good faith that disclosure is necessary to protect our rights, your safety, or the safety of others; and in connection with a merger, acquisition, reorganization, sale of assets, or bankruptcy, in which case your information may be transferred as a business asset.

We do not sell your personal information in the traditional sense. However, some sharing of information with advertising partners for targeted advertising purposes may constitute a "sale" or "sharing" under the California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA) as amended by the California Privacy Rights Act (CPRA). See Section 7 below for your California-specific rights.

SMS Opt-In Data

We do not share, sell, or distribute SMS opt-in consent data or phone numbers collected for SMS messaging purposes with any third parties or affiliates for marketing purposes.

5. Cookies and Tracking Technologies

We use cookies, pixels, web beacons, and similar tracking technologies to collect information about your browsing activity, deliver targeted advertisements, measure the effectiveness of our marketing campaigns, and improve our website experience. You may control cookie preferences through your browser settings; however, disabling cookies may affect the functionality of certain portions of our website. By continuing to use our website, you consent to our use of cookies and tracking technologies as described herein.

6. Data Retention

We retain your personal information for as long as reasonably necessary to fulfill the purposes for which it was collected, comply with our legal obligations, resolve disputes, enforce our agreements, and maintain our business records. When personal information is no longer needed, we will delete or de-identify it in accordance with our data retention policies. The specific retention period depends on the nature of the information, the purposes for which it is processed, and applicable legal requirements.
