Effective Date: April 13, 2026
These Terms of Service ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("User," "you," or "your") and Archetypal Leadership Inc., a California corporation doing business as Connection Selling™ ("Company," "we," "us," or "our"). By accessing or using our website located at connectionselling.io, purchasing any course, program, coaching service, digital product, or other offering, or by clicking "I Agree" or otherwise indicating acceptance, you agree to be bound by these Terms in their entirety. If you do not agree to these Terms, you must immediately cease all use of our website and services.
1. Definitions
"Services" means all products, programs, courses, coaching sessions, digital downloads, templates, frameworks, memberships, webinars, workshops, and any other offerings provided by the Company through the website or any other delivery method. "Content" means all text, video, audio, graphics, images, frameworks, methodologies, templates, worksheets, and other materials provided through the Services. "Connection Code" and "Connection Selling" refer to the Company's proprietary sales methodology and framework.
2. Eligibility and Account Registration
You must be at least eighteen (18) years of age and have the legal capacity to enter into a binding contract to use the Services. By using the Services, you represent and warrant that you meet these requirements. If you register for an account, you are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.
3. Intellectual Property and Proprietary Rights
All Content, including but not limited to the Connection Code framework, Connection Selling™ methodology, course materials, coaching frameworks, worksheets, templates, scripts, video recordings, audio recordings, written materials, brand assets, logos, trademarks, and trade dress, are the exclusive property of Archetypal Leadership Inc. and are protected by United States and international copyright, trademark, trade secret, and other intellectual property laws.
You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the Content solely for your personal, non-commercial professional development purposes. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works from, publicly display, publicly perform, republish, download, store, transmit, sell, resell, license, or otherwise exploit any Content without the prior written consent of the Company. This restriction expressly includes but is not limited to: recording, screen-capturing, or otherwise capturing any live or recorded session; sharing login credentials or course access with any third party; using any Content to create competing products, training programs, or services; incorporating any framework elements, terminology, or methodology into your own commercial offerings.
Violation of these intellectual property provisions shall entitle the Company to seek injunctive relief, actual damages, statutory damages, and attorney's fees to the fullest extent permitted by law.
4. Payment, Refund, and Cancellation Policy
All fees for Services are stated at the time of purchase and are due in full upon enrollment unless a payment plan has been expressly authorized in writing by the Company. All sales are final. Due to the digital and immediately-accessible nature of our Content and Services, we do not offer refunds, credits, or exchanges except as required by applicable law. If a payment plan is offered and you default on any installment, the entire remaining balance shall become immediately due and payable, and the Company reserves the right to suspend or terminate your access to the Services, pursue collection, and recover all costs of collection including reasonable attorney's fees.
The Company reserves the right to change pricing for any Services at any time without prior notice. Price changes will not affect purchases already completed.
5. User Conduct
You agree not to: (a) use the Services for any unlawful purpose; (b) interfere with or disrupt the integrity or performance of the Services; (c) attempt to gain unauthorized access to any portion of the Services; (d) harass, abuse, or harm any other user or Company personnel; (e) submit false or misleading information; (f) use automated systems, bots, or scripts to access the Services; (g) reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble any aspect of the Services; or (h) engage in any activity that the Company, in its sole discretion, determines to be harmful to its business, reputation, or other users.
6. Disclaimers and No Guarantees
THE SERVICES ARE PROVIDED ON AN "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" BASIS WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. THE COMPANY DOES NOT WARRANT THAT THE SERVICES WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, OR SECURE.
The Company makes no representations or guarantees regarding the results you may or may not achieve from using the Services. Sales training, coaching, and professional development involve numerous variables beyond the Company's control, including but not limited to your individual effort, market conditions, industry dynamics, existing skill level, management support, and economic factors. Any income, revenue, or performance figures referenced in our marketing materials, testimonials, or case studies are illustrative only and are not promises, projections, or guarantees of your results. Your success depends entirely on your own efforts, decisions, and circumstances.
7. Limitation of Liability
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, IN NO EVENT SHALL THE COMPANY, ITS OFFICERS, DIRECTORS, EMPLOYEES, AGENTS, AFFILIATES, OR LICENSORS BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, EXEMPLARY, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO LOSS OF PROFITS, REVENUE, DATA, GOODWILL, OR BUSINESS OPPORTUNITY, ARISING OUT OF OR IN CONNECTION WITH YOUR USE OF OR INABILITY TO USE THE SERVICES, REGARDLESS OF THE THEORY OF LIABILITY (CONTRACT, TORT, STRICT LIABILITY, OR OTHERWISE), EVEN IF THE COMPANY HAS BEEN ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES.
THE COMPANY'S TOTAL AGGREGATE LIABILITY ARISING OUT OF OR IN CONNECTION WITH THESE TERMS OR THE SERVICES SHALL NOT EXCEED THE TOTAL AMOUNT YOU HAVE PAID TO THE COMPANY IN THE TWELVE (12) MONTHS IMMEDIATELY PRECEDING THE EVENT GIVING RISE TO THE CLAIM. IF YOU HAVE NOT PAID ANY AMOUNT, THE COMPANY'S MAXIMUM LIABILITY SHALL BE FIFTY UNITED STATES DOLLARS ($50.00).
8. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Archetypal Leadership Inc., its officers, directors, employees, agents, affiliates, successors, and assigns from and against any and all claims, liabilities, damages, losses, costs, and expenses (including reasonable attorney's fees and court costs) arising out of or relating to: (a) your use of the Services; (b) your violation of these Terms; (c) your violation of any rights of a third party; or (d) any content or information you submit through the Services.
9. Dispute Resolution and Arbitration
Any dispute, claim, or controversy arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Services, including the determination of the scope or applicability of this agreement to arbitrate, shall be resolved by binding arbitration administered by JAMS in Los Angeles County, California, in accordance with its Comprehensive Arbitration Rules and Procedures. The arbitration shall be conducted by a single arbitrator. Judgment on the arbitration award may be entered in any court having jurisdiction. YOU UNDERSTAND AND AGREE THAT BY ENTERING INTO THESE TERMS, YOU AND THE COMPANY ARE EACH WAIVING THE RIGHT TO A TRIAL BY JURY AND THE RIGHT TO PARTICIPATE IN A CLASS ACTION.
Notwithstanding the foregoing, the Company retains the right to seek injunctive or other equitable relief in any court of competent jurisdiction to prevent the actual or threatened infringement, misappropriation, or violation of the Company's intellectual property rights.
10. Governing Law and Jurisdiction
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of California, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. To the extent any dispute is not subject to arbitration, the exclusive jurisdiction and venue for any such action shall be the state and federal courts located in Los Angeles County, California, and you hereby consent to the personal jurisdiction of such courts.
11. Termination
The Company may suspend or terminate your access to the Services at any time, for any reason or no reason, with or without notice, in its sole discretion. Upon termination, your right to use the Services will immediately cease. All provisions of these Terms which by their nature should survive termination shall survive, including but not limited to intellectual property provisions, disclaimers, limitations of liability, indemnification, and arbitration.
12. Modifications to Terms
The Company reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time in its sole discretion. Changes will be effective upon posting to the website. Your continued use of the Services after any such modification constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically.
13. Communications and Consent to Electronic Communications
By providing your email address, phone number, or other contact information, and by opting in to our communications, you expressly consent to receive marketing and promotional communications from the Company via email, SMS/text message, phone call, and other electronic means. 14. Third-Party Links and Services
The Services may contain links to third-party websites or services. The Company does not control, endorse, or assume any responsibility for any third-party content, websites, or services. Your use of any third-party service is at your own risk and subject to that third party's terms and conditions.
15. Force Majeure
The Company shall not be liable for any failure or delay in performing its obligations under these Terms where such failure or delay results from circumstances beyond the Company's reasonable control, including but not limited to acts of God, natural disasters, pandemics, government actions, war, terrorism, civil unrest, power outages, internet disruptions, or third-party service failures.
16. Severability
If any provision of these Terms is held to be invalid, illegal, or unenforceable by a court of competent jurisdiction, the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.
